CAT use great caution and care in transporting your vehicle, and a full inspection is completed at both pickup and delivery, but the following preparations can help ensure that damage does not occur to your vehicle:

• Your vehicle must be operable. If it is not, additional fees or methods may apply.
• You must advise us of any modifications made to your vehicle such as 4×4 lift kit, camper shell, vehicle lowered, etc.
• We must have a working phone number where you may be reached throughout the duration of your vehicle relocation.
• All mechanical issues, ie. failing brakes, starting problems, low batteries, or other potentially dangerous or debilitating conditions must be disclosed to CAT
